Delivery & Return Policy
1. Buyers must ensure that they inspect a product immediately it is delivered to them to ensure that it is in good condition.
2. Buyers are permitted to return products purchased from our website only under certain conditions. The conditions are specified in number 4 of this Return Policy.
3. Products that are in good condition and meet the specifications as contained in the order placed by the buyer cannot be returned.
4. In the event that a product is not of the specified quality or if it does not meet the specifications as indicated in the vendor’s online store, a buyer is permitted to return it within 7 days of receiving the product. Also, a buyer is allowed to return a product if it does not function properly.
5. Even if a product is not of the specified quality or does not meet the specifications as indicated in the vendor’s online store, it shall not be acceptable for return if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error(s).
6. A buyer who intends to return a product should contact both the admin and the vendor of the website and should provide clear reasons why he/she intends to return the product.
7. The admin shall review the return request and decide whether or not to approve it.
8. If the return request is not approved, the admin shall contact the buyer stating the reasons why it was not approved.
9. If the return request is approved, the admin shall contact the buyer and inform him/her to return the product to the vendor.
10. The buyer shall then make arrangement to return the product to the vendor.
11. The buyer shall bear the cost of returning the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.

refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not going to be refunded.
Note: We can only accept return on item(s) that did not met our product description on our website and malfunctioning item(s).
